FEATURE · AGENTS & PROJECTS

Everything on one task in one place.
The agents do the groundwork, your team decides.

When documents, sources and tasks sit scattered, quality assurance (QA) has to piece together during review how the current state came about. One project holds them together; specialised agents prepare, your team decides.

WHAT YOU GAIN

Your reviewers do not start by searching — documents, sources, tasks and the links between them (traces) stay together.

  • Projects structure the work
Documents, sources, tasks and traces belong together — and stay together.
  • The right agent per task
Validation, SOP, audit or review: each agent knows its task and its source space.
  • Every proposal stays reviewable
Agents deliver drafts with source and status — not finished decisions.

THE PROBLEM

Why GxP reviews really fail: the scattered work state.

What's missing is not knowledge — it's the connection.

Scattered states

The URS in mail version 3, the risk analysis on the file share, tasks in someone's head — the complete picture exists nowhere.

Reconstruction in review

QA pieces the context together after the fact instead of reviewing it.

AI without project context

A chat without a project produces text — not a reviewable state of work.

Delayed approvals

Every hour spent reconstructing is an hour your approval slips.

THE SOLUTION

One project. One agent. One reviewable state.

How document work runs in traqx.

  1. 01Create the project.

Documents, sources and tasks live in one case — connected instead of scattered.

  2. 02Brief the agent.

Describe the task; the agent researches and drafts strictly inside the approved source space.

  3. 03Review the proposals.

Every contribution arrives with its source and status — your team accepts, corrects or rejects.

  4. 04Decide and hand over.

The decision stays human; traceability and the audit trail are captured as you go.

FAQ

Common questions about this feature

Which agents does traqx include?

traqx ships specialised agents for document-based GxP work — one each for validation, standard operating procedures, audit questions and review; in the system they are called the Validation Agent, SOP Agent, Audit Agent and Reviewer Agent. Each works exclusively inside its project's approved source space.

Do agents act autonomously?

No. Agents prepare — research, drafts, document updates, trace candidates. Assessment and decision stay with your experts; traqx sets no release status.

How do I start a project?

Create the project, assign sources and templates, describe the task. In the free start we set up your first project together on your real work object.
